The vintage elevator adds character and nostalgia, providing a unique touch to the experience. The location is enviable, placing you in the heart of the action.
This accommodation feels more like an apartment than a proper hotel, lacking signs of luxury as advertised. From one out of six rooms, you might glimpse the Duomo, while others face walls or rooftops, so don't rely on the scenic view. Rooms are cramped and oddly decorated, which definitely doesn't capture the essence of Tuscany.

The check-in process was incredibly confusing and frustrating. Reception staff were only available during limited hours, which made early bag drop off a hassle. Additionally, I had difficulty finding instructions for basic room functions and felt unwelcome at times due to the lack of assistance from staff.

Couples looking for a luxury experience
The moment we arrived, the lady at reception was super nice! she even walked us to our room and told us all about the history, made us feel welcome right away. Gorgeous shower that felt like a spa.
Sure, it wasn’t inexpensive but worth every penny for the experience we had.

Our stay was fantastic! The room had beautiful wood floors and a spacious layout that even included a cozy sitting area. The exceptional shower was a highlight, and I loved being able to see the Medici Chapel dome from our window. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the Duomo, making it an unforgettable spot for evening relaxation. However, the check-in process could use some improvement, as we had to wait longer than expected upon arrival.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated and offered a cozy atmosphere with a spacious layout including a nice sitting area. The shower was amazing, and I could even catch a glimpse of the Duomo by leaning out the window. The rooftop terrace with direct views of the Duomo was a perfect spot to relax. One small downside was the early check-in process, which could use some improvement.
